The LT is a general-purpose, cost-effective CNC router driven by VERSOCAM, software that is particularly powerful for sign-making. It manages table flatness automatically, has 8 automatic, dynamically switched vacuum zones and can be fitted with an optional camera for print & cut. It has no knife-cutting module and no tapping: if you need to cut soft materials with a knife, choose a VSR.
No. The LT cannot be upgraded in terms of hardware; it does, however, benefit from VERSOCAM software updates. If knife cutting or tapping may become necessary, it is better to choose a VSR from the start.
Yes. The LT is driven by VERSOCAM V12, the same CAD/CAM software as the VSR, developed entirely by VERSO together with the controllers and firmware. V12 updates are installed free of charge, directly from the machine workstation.
The LT is manufactured in the same factory as the VSR, in China, to the same quality standards. Every LT is inspected and set up by the VERSO CNC teams.
Four sizes: LT1325 (1300 x 2500 mm), LT1530 (1500 x 3050 mm), LT2030 (2050 x 3050 mm) and LT2040 (2050 x 4050 mm). The LT2030 is usually in stock and prepared in less than a week; for the other sizes, allow 1 to 6 weeks at most, plus shipping time depending on the destination.
As a guide, one and a half days. Training is provided by the distributor during installation and appears as a separate line on its quotation.
VERSOCAM includes macros specific to sign-making: many customisable channel-letter profiles, folded boxes, letters inset from the back of the support panel (with shoulders), and more. The optional camera adds print & cut. These functions are common to the LT and the VSR, which also probes the thickness of the sheets.
VERSOCAM is very powerful yet extremely simple: after the initial training, operators become autonomous very quickly. The built-in 3D viewer shows the result from the actual toolpaths, so a beginner can check a project before machining it (for example, two letters cut slightly too close together show a visible cutter mark). Many messages and tips guide the design process: the smallest inner scraps are pocketed by default and, for medium-sized scraps, a warning flags the risk of the part being ejected; the operator then chooses the strategy (pocketing, tabs, etc.).
