VERSO CNC is a brand of large-format CNC cutting and milling machines, created in 2018 by electronics engineers, mechanics and software developers. VERSO designs its machines and develops its own controllers, firmware, control electronics and CAD/CAM software, VERSOCAM. The company is VERSO CNC LTD, based in Ebene (Mauritius).

Machine design, the development of VERSOCAM, the firmware and the controller, as well as technical support, are carried out in Mauritius. VSR and LT machines are manufactured in China, in a 100% dedicated factory, to the same quality standards. The VERSO CNC team systematically inspects every machine on site, one by one.

The VSR is the heavy-duty, versatile range: milling up to 74,000 mm/min, knife cutting and tapping with the UTM module, mixed 24-position tool changer, modulated turbine and on-board probes. The LT is the cost-effective range dedicated to milling: 30,000 mm/min, 14-tool changer, no knife and no tapping. Just over 100 VS-series machines are installed in France and Belgium, including many in the French overseas departments: French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique and Réunion.

VERSO machines can potentially be supplied to any country. In France, the VSR and the LT are distributed by Dupli Data and Magentiss. Outside France, the LT can be offered directly to customers, and the VSR has been offered since September 2026 as partnerships with local distributors are set up.

Those tables are first and foremost lightweight machines designed for knife cutting, to which a milling module can be added. VERSO takes the opposite approach: its machines are true, rigid milling machines, and the VSR also carries a knife, a camera and more. This rigidity makes it possible, for example, to mill thick PMMA in a single pass, at high speed and with a perfect finish, which a lightweight machine cannot do in realistic conditions. On the VSR, the spindle and the knife both have automatic tool change and share the same tool changer, which makes the machine highly versatile and modular.

VERSO machines use the same components whatever their size, so the working area has only a limited impact on the price, and choosing an undersized machine saves very little. The 3 x 2 m size (VS2030R or LT2030) is the most popular because it covers almost every need; it is also very easy to resell or trade in later.

As an example, an aluminium composite sign box of 250 x 80 x 8 cm, with cut-out lettering, folding grooves and edge drilling, is produced in about 10 minutes on a VERSO machine. The matching PMMA letters (cutting and shoulder) take 6 to 8 minutes of machining.
